Ola Lo Olsson

SEB is a leading northern European corporate bank with presence in over 20 countries including 3 000 employees in Lithuania. As the Head of Union Relations & Labour Law Ola Lo Olsson is responsible for the bank’s processes related to HR law, employee representation, staff investigations and Work Environment and is currently appointed as the Chairman for the advisory committee to the Board of The Employers of the Financial Sector in Sweden. With previous experience from both Swedish and international law firms Ola Lo Olsson has extensive experience of litigations, negotiations and advisory on complex HR Legal matters for both domestic and international clients.

During this session Ola Lo Olsson will outline the new HR realities that comes with the changing domestic and international security environment the world is currently facing.
